Product Description

Crossed-linked (IXPE) Seals IXPE-300 HR03 

IXPE Seals is made from high quality cross-linked closed cell foam material that gives an effective cushioning or wadding property for bottles and caps by providing an excellent leak proof performance.  It is made from non-toxic food grade low density polyethylene (LDPE) thru cross-linking foaming process.  All ingredients used in IXPE Seals are approved for unrestricted food contact in the levels used and conform to US FDA CFR Title 21 section 177.1520.

Due to its excellent waterproof, mold resistance, dimensional stability, and acids, bases, alcohols resistance properties, IXPE Seals is used for non-aggressive applications in cosmetics, petrochemical, dairy products, beverage, food or pharmaceutical industries.

IXPE Seals is available as die-cut liners packed loosely or stacked in a poly bag or sleeve.  Alternatively, IXPE Seals can also be supplied in rolls wound on 76mm cores slitted to client requested width within 550mm.
