Vented Seals (Foam) V-190 100

V-190 100 is a high quality vented foam seal liner mainly used for sealing bottles that involve aggressive chemical condition and subsequent gas built up or fermentation. V-190 100 is designed to form a hermetic seal providing an excellent leak proof performance at the same time allowing gas built up to be released.  Its venting property thru a designated valve allows degassing that serves as a depressurizing mechanism to prevents bottle blow-up or collapse.

V-190 100 is primarily designed and used for aggressive applications in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, herbicide, bleach, and agrochemicals industries.  Clients should test V-190 100thoroughly on the production line prior to mass production usage.  Like every closure liner, V-190 100 should also be tested in regard to its suitability to each filling line, storage conditions of the filled bottles, and temperature range, etc… Test should be done for the estimated period of the product shelf life on the effects of content's acidity, chemical resistance, or possible corrosion, etc…

V-190 100 is available only as a die-cut liner packed loosely or stacked in a plastic sleeves.  V-190 100 is available printed or unprinted as die-cut liners packed in plastic bags and carton boxes to be protected from damage or contaminates.
