Product Description

Linear Tear Films

Linear Tear Film is a high quality blown film product designed to lead or guide the tearing direction of a flexible packaging materials to avoid undesirable burrs that might take place during usual tearing process of polymeric packaging materials.  By providing a much smoother tearing process, our Linear Tear Film also minimizes the chance of creating microplastics into the ecosystem.  Linear Tear Film  is made from non-toxic food grade low density polyethylene (LDPE) resins thru extrusion process.  All ingredients used are approved for unrestricted food contact in the levels used and conform to US FDA CFR Title 21 section 177.1520.  Brightening agent has not been used as part of the ingredient formula.

Due to its excellent waterproof, mold resistant, dimension stability, and acids, bases, alcohols resistant properties, Linear Tear Film is suitable as the inner sealing layer or structural layer for sachets or packs such as tea bags, instant coffee sticks, snack sachets, etc...
